The Regional Data Services Human Resources module provides for a very efficient means to communicate between departments as it pertains to new hires, job changes, name/address changes, pay changes, employment status changes (active to inactive/terminated), etc. By filling out the appropriate form, data is electronically forwarded to the appropriate personnel eliminating the time and cost of the paper shuffle. Additional employee screens are provided for Human Resources that have all of the pertinent information on them eliminating the need to jump around from one screen to the next. Provides statistical screens indicating work needing to be done.
