Beginning on July 15th 2010 East Chicago joined forces with RDS on a very aggressive product rollout.

The process included:
Full Student Management data conversion, training on student information-for system administrators and end users, nurses training, Parent Access, Applicant Tracking, updated Teacher Module from stand alone to operation with iSeries, full student scheduling-manual built in course master, Online Student Registration, remote payroll, Budget Forecasting, Contracts (Teacher and Administrators), Wage/Contract Projection, Food Service Module, Letter Writing for student information, attendance & discipline, discipline training, locker system training, credit evaluation, training on all DOE reports, Apple one to one MacBook deployment, new report cards for elementary, middle school, high school, Student Fees, Special Education procedure and tagging in iSeries, full conversion of student history, including test scores back to 2007, GPA/Rank training and counselor training, Course Planner and Master Schedule Builder.
